O’er Cresting Phrygian Waves by askmeaboutLOOM
A return to roots, an experiment with new textures. This improv feels like a return to some of the tracks we recorded in the early days of Demons of Gyrophonia (less than 8 months ago), though on significantly better equipment (our first album was recorded on a pair of Rock Band mics). I’ve recently acquired a new addition to our percussion lineup–a single cymbal with the pullchain from a light draped over it for added sizzle. Man vs sun’s saxing really helped tie everything together nicely.
